MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience * Proficient in advanced conversational English * Demonstrated expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, information architecture, service design, and user-centered design methodologies * Proven experience leading complex digital product initiatives from discovery through delivery * Experience partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and measurable business impact * Expertise designing across responsive web, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and design systems * Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern design and collaboration tools * Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions * Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority * Experience mentoring or coaching designers * Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices * Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills * Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints * Passion for building diverse teams and fostering a collaborative design culture NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Consulting or agency experience * Experience working within enterprise-scale digital ecosystems * Experience contributing to or leading design systems initiatives * Familiarity with front-end technologies and modern development workflows * Experience facilitating Design Sprints and strategic discovery engagements * Demonstrates a keen interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies * Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. THE BENEFITS This is a onsite Full time position based in Smithfield, Rhode Island, or nerby areas. The offered salary range is $130,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
