Högskolan Dalarna anslöt sig 2022 till CoARA, det internationella nätverket för lärosäten, forskningsinstitut och forskningsfinansiärer som arbetar för att bredda och utveckla värderingen av forskningsmeriter. Som ett led i detta arbete tillsätter vi nu en utredare som under hösten 2026 ska genomföra en nulägesanalys med rekommendationer för högskolans fortsatta utvecklingsarbete. Din arbetsdag som utredare Som utredare kommer du att: Analysera befintliga styrdokument vid Högskolan Dalarna som har relevans för breddad meritvärdering av forskning, med fokus på samverkan och nyttiggörande. Genomföra intervjuer med ett urval av funktioner på ledningsnivå samt medarbetare inom kärn- och stödverksamhet, i syfte att klargöra erfarenheter, tolkningar och arbetssätt i rekryterings- och befordringsprocesser, samt möjligheter och utmaningar kopplade till breddad meritvärdering. Sammanställa en rapport med rekommendationer om utvecklingsinsatser för högskolans fortsatta arbete inom ramen för CoARA. Du får stöd av Samrådsgruppen för forskning och samverkan samt en särskilt tillsatt arbetsgrupp, som tillsammans fungerar som referensgrupp under uppdraget. Relevanta styrdokument sammanställs och tillhandahålls av högskolan, liksom stöd i planering av och kontakter inför intervjuer. Uppdraget redovisas i en skriftlig rapport som presenteras för rektors ledningsgrupp i januari 2027. Är du personen vi söker? YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a Mechanical Engineer in Voi’s Vehicle HW team, you will play a key role in developing the next generations of our vehicles - from setting requirements and guiding and reviewing suppliers’ end-to-end work including concept design, testing and industrialisation. You will safeguard that the hardware we bring to market is high performing i.e. safe , reliable, great UX, easily repairable and built for scale, together with colleagues across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and our markets. Your role as Senior DSP Software Developer This is primarily a signal processing role. As a Senior DSP Developer for Dirac Live within Home & Pro, you will implement, refine, test, and evaluate the algorithms at the core of our products: estimation of acoustic systems from measurements, and design of correction filters for calibration and optimization of loudspeakers in real rooms. The team's focus is on productization and continuous improvement of these algorithms, turning them into robust, high-quality features in shipping products. You will work on the core processing behind our flagship Dirac Live technologies, including Dirac Live Active Room Treatment (ART), now shipping with several leading OEMs. Day to day, this means working with digital filters, FIR and IIR, phase behavior including minimum- and mixed-phase systems, frequency- and time-domain analysis of measured loudspeaker-room responses, and trade-offs between correction performance, robustness, latency, and computational cost. Most of the implementation is in modern C++ running locally inside the end-user app, with some parts running in the cloud. You should be comfortable discussing practical DSP trade-offs, such as when to choose an FIR filter over an IIR filter, how magnitude and phase response affect timing, ringing, group delay, and latency, and how to reason about systems in both time and frequency domain. Qualifications: M.Sc. or PhD in Signal Processing, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar field, preferably including advanced coursework in signal processing 5+ years of industry experience, including several years of hands-on professional signal processing work; audio signal processing experience is a strong advantage Solid grounding in digital signal processing theory: e.g. FIR/IIR filter design and trade-offs, magnitude and phase response, group delay, latency, and time- and frequency-domain analysis. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Maze is building an AI-native vulnerability management platform. Our autonomous agents investigate, triage, and remediate security findings the way a senior analyst would, only faster and at scale. As Head of AI, you'll own the intelligence that makes those agents work: the AI research and implementation strategy for the whole company, plus the crown-jewel technical problem underneath it. Our investigation agents run multi-step, non-deterministic trajectories across a toolset of 180+ tools, tested against a ground-truth exploit lab we built for exactly this purpose. Knowing whether they're getting better, and making them better, is the most important technical problem at Maze. It's the heart of this role. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a management layer. You'll set AI direction as a member of the engineering leadership team reporting to the CTO. But you'll spend most of your time building: designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic agents, running fine-tuning and model-routing experiments against real data, prototyping new techniques and getting them into the product. You'll lead a small, strong AI team (3–4 engineers today) by setting the technical bar and doing the work alongside them, while working closely with our ML tech lead and the product teams building agents day to day. Your impact comes from what you ship, not the size of your org. We're not looking for someone to run a large team from two layers up. We're looking for someone who wants to define how generative AI transforms cybersecurity and keep their hands on the code. About the research project The aim of this project is to investigate the use of Graphene related two-dimensional (2D) materials to improve the performance and efficiency of lithium-ion batteries. 2D materials such as graphene, MXenes, and transition metal dichalcogenides possess high electrical conductivity, large surface area, and excellent mechanical strength, which can enhance charge transport and energy storage capacity. These materials can help address major limitations of conventional lithium-ion batteries, including slow charging rates, low energy density, overheating, and poor cycle stability. The project also aims to explore the functionalization of 2D materials and understand how 2D materials can improve battery safety, extend lifespan, and support the development of lightweight and high-performance energy storage systems for future technologies. Who we are looking for The following requirements are mandatory: A doctoral degree in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Physics, or an equivalent foreign degree. About the position The Department of Aquatic Resources has an immediate opening for a permanent position as researcher in stock assessment and advice for fisheries management in a unit that includes stock assessment at the Institute of Marine Research. The unit conducts research and stock assessment on fish and shellfish and provides scientific advice for fisheries at both the national and international level. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other units at the institute and at the wider SLU Aqua, contributing to associated research fields, such as, fisheries monitoring, impacts of climate change, marine food webs and ecosystem-based fisheries management (EBFM). Extensive collaboration with international institutions and organizations (e.g. ICES, International Council for the Exploration of the Seas) is expected and encouraged, as is the application for external research funds. As a GSIE Technical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering new ground station and antenna infrastructure. You will provide technical guidance to support successful project execution. You will lead or support the specification, procurement, development and construction of new satellite ground‑station infrastructure and advanced antenna systems. Depending on experience the role offers opportunities for technical leadership and project coordination, managing suppliers and internal stakeholders, from concept through verification and operational readiness. REQUIREMENTS Engineering degree in Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with, or exposure to, the design of wireless telecommunications, satellite communications, payloads, or radio telescope systems. Experience with requirements definition, design coordination, verification, and delivery of communication systems. Ability to coordinate suppliers and stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones. Understanding of relevant international legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) is advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and project delivery in a dynamic environment. Strong communicator and problem solver with proven negotiation skills, able to translate complex technical issues into business, cost, and risk impacts while driving continuous improvement RESPONSIBILITIES Lead or support the specification, procurement, design, construction, and verification of satellite ground station infrastructure and antenna systems, depending on experience. Ensure technical and operational documentation is developed and maintained to support system handover and ongoing operations. Support site selection, licensing, and infrastructure development activities. Provide engineering support to project managers to help achieve schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Contribute to procurement activities, including supplier and contractor evaluation and selection. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and international partners to support successful project execution and delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements across all project activities. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, bid support, and technical evaluations.
