Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking, from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We’re an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Creating and collaborating to transform the sound of streaming, content, and culture. Come join us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Systems team that owns the systems running Epidemic Sound's financial backbone. Your role will be to set the technical direction for our NetSuite platform, lead the architecture that connects it to the rest of our business, and shape how AI and agentic tooling change the way ERP work gets done here. This focus on AI and agentic tools is central to our broader strategy of accelerating the company’s transformation toward smarter, more scalable ways-of-working by embedding agentic AI at the core of business operations and system development. You'll work at the intersection of Tech and Finance, where the systems you build directly affect how reliably we close the books, run controls, and scale operations as the company grows. Specifically: * This role drives the modernisation of our ERP platform and integration landscape, ensuring Finance, Tech, and operational teams can move quickly on a foundation that's accurate, compliant, and built for scale. * Your work will reduce manual effort across financial processes, raise the bar on data integrity and audit-readiness, and define how we adopt AI capabilities inside NetSuite and beyond. * You'll join a small, senior team of ERP, CRM and Data engineers focused on internal business systems. It's a team that values craft, ownership, and clear technical judgement over process for its own sake, and which uses modern data tooling to optimise performance and scalability. * You'll collaborate closely with engineers across the Tech organisation, the Finance team (Accounting, FP&A, Controlling), Procurement, and external implementation partners — communicating directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders without translation layers in between. * In collaboration with the team you will assess the technical problems, design best-practice solutions, and determine the appropriate implementation approach—whether through NetSuite development, configuration, or external systems (e.g., the pre-system data platform). YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE * Owning and evolving our NetSuite platform and AI strategy — directing AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and reduce manual configuration, while maintaining a clear point of view on which of NetSuite's emerging AI capabilities and third-party agentic tools we should adopt and when. * Designing agentic workflows where AI handles repetitive financial processes — reconciliations, approvals, data routing — end-to-end, with appropriate human oversight built in. * Leading integration architecture across NetSuite and adjacent systems, acting as technical lead and quality reviewer for AI-generated scripts, integrations, and automations. * Driving compliance and continuous improvement, using AI-assisted analysis to proactively surface data integrity issues, audit risks, and optimisation opportunities. * Providing technical mentorship, supporting training materials to broaden ERP know-how across the organisation, and helping grow the Tech team through interviewing, onboarding, and contributing to best practices. REQUIREMENTS * At least 6 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong NetSuite expertise across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations — ideally in a publicly listed or compliance-heavy environment. * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field. * An agentic development mindset. A genuine understanding of how AI coding assistants and agentic tools change the ERP specialist's role, with real experience reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs. You understand where agents add leverage and where human judgment is non-negotiable. * Deep knowledge of financial processes and ERP architecture, with the analytical ability to design solutions that hold up at scale and across complex, multi-variable scenarios. * Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication — a track record of driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact, and translating between business intent and technical execution without intermediaries. IT WOULD ALSO BE MUSIC TO OUR EARS IF YOU HAVE * NetSuite/ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce * Invoice to pay software (e.g Medius), Spend management software (e.g Expensify), Consolidation software (e.g Aaro), Planning and Budgeting software (e.g NSPB) * Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced or NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module. * NetSuite MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp * Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD) for NetSuite development. * Agile methodology and how to work in agile teams. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We are ~130 employees across the Nordic countries in Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm and in the rest of Europe in Frankfurt, Berlin, Rotterdam, London and Paris. Following the recent merger with the Dutch digital experience platform Mopinion, Netigate now delivers a unique end-to-end platform for experience management - covering every touchpoint across web, mobile, and employee journeys. YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE As a Go-to-Market Engineer you will build the systems that turn buyer intent into pipeline. Our revenue teams are evolving how we generate, qualify, and convert opportunities - and the technical setup needs to move just as fast. That means strong Salesforce architecture, clean data flows, smart automation, AI-powered workflows, and reliable integrations across the go-to-market stack. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and the Growth Management team, the mission is to identify friction across the funnel and engineer it away. Salesforce is being restructured to support more advanced automation and AI use cases. This role will help land that foundation, keep it scalable, and build the systems that allow our teams to act faster, smarter, and with less manual effort. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with 2–3 days per week in the office. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and continuously improve the technical foundation behind Netigate’s go-to-market engine, with Salesforce at the centre of the revenue tech stack. * Shape Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, validation rules, deduplication logic, and automation standards that can scale with the business. * Support the ongoing Salesforce restructuring and turn it into a reliable base for AI, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales execution. * Create lead detection, scoring, routing, and qualification systems that help sales teams respond to high-intent leads faster. * Automate the path from buyer signal to sales action, ensuring the right lead reaches the right person at the right moment. * Build enrichment workflows that transform raw contact, company, and account data into actionable sales intelligence. * Connect buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, product usage, company news, and account activity to automated go-to-market workflows. * Design and operate AI workflows and agents for qualification, account research, outbound, follow-up, and pipeline generation. * Integrate tools across the revenue stack using APIs, SQL, automation platforms, and light coding. * Monitor automation performance, build error handling into workflows, and remove systems that no longer create measurable value. * Stay close to emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology to continuously improve how Netigate generates and converts pipeline. YOUR PROFILE * Experience building go-to-market, revenue operations, growth, or sales automation systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. * Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience designing data models, automations, integrations, and scalable revenue architecture. * Strong understanding of what a clean, reliable, and future-proof Salesforce setup needs to look like. * Practical experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including Claude, Claude Code, or comparable platforms. * Familiarity with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tools such as Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar solutions. * Confident working with SQL and able to connect systems through APIs. * Coding ability in Python, Node.js, or a similar language, with the confidence to build integrations and automate processes independently. * Strong understanding of how data moves between systems and how revenue teams use that data to prioritize action. * Track record of building systems that improved speed, conversion, data quality, pipeline generation, or sales productivity. * Ability to translate operational friction into technical solutions and move from idea to implementation quickly. Nice to have: * Experience building AI agents or LLM workflows for lead scoring, account research, qualification, signal extraction, or outbound automation. * Knowledge of cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox setup, and sequencer configuration. * Background in vertical SaaS, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments. * Experience supporting go-to-market teams across multiple European markets or product lines. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * A scaling international company with a strong AI first focus agenda. * An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated. * An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company. * No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table. Creativity and impact are what matter most. * We believe in celebrating our achievements. Wether it's a summer festival or New Year party: we make sure to enjoy our successes and build strong team connections. OUR CULTURE At the heart of Netigate lies the NetiMaker mindset - our foundation for how we work and grow together. Being a NetiMaker means taking ownership, staying curious, holding ourselves accountable, and driving progress with purpose. We believe that a great employee experience is the foundation of a great customer experience - and this belief shapes everything we do. At Netigate, we pride ourselves on our collaborative, imaginative, and learning-focused culture. We believe in the collective strength of diverse perspectives - the power of WE. Together, we create an atmosphere where fresh ideas are shared, challenges are embraced, and individual growth is encouraged. We encourage all applicants to consider submitting an anonymous CV as part of our commitment to fostering a non-discriminatory and inclusive recruitment process. In line with this, we aim to ensure transparency around compensation and will share indicative salary ranges during the initial conversation.
