Rättspsykiatriska kliniken i Säter ansvarar för högspecialiserad vård på läns-, region- och riksnivå. Vi vårdar i huvudsak patienter överlämnade till vård enligt lagen om rättspsykiatrisk vård. I dagsläget har vi 78 vårdplatser fördelade på 7 avdelningar. Att arbeta inom rättspsykiatrin är utvecklande och intressant. Arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska hos oss har du en central roll i det dagliga vårdarbetet. Arbetet är konsultativt, vilket innebär att du under ditt pass ansvarar för flera avdelningar och får använda din kompetens där den behövs mest, och innefattar arbetsledning och handledning av omvårdnadspersonal samt ansvar för kliniska bedömningar, vårdplanering och rondarbete. Omvårdnaden är varierad, relationsnära och personcentrerad, med stort fokus på gott bemötande, delaktighet och att möta varje patient utifrån individuella behov och förutsättningar. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med klinikens multiprofessionella behandlingsteam där olika yrkeskompetenser tillsammans arbetar mot gemensamma mål. As Product Specialist you will belong to a larger team of Product Specialists for Video products where you will share knowledge, cooperate to solve customer problems, drive competence, and educate our regions. You will also work closely with respective Product Manager and dedicated teams in R&D to develop new products and take care of those already available on the market. You will provide valuable input for new product development projects and be responsible for managing the existing products.
