Stillfront is a global gaming company. We develop a wide range of digital games that attract millions of players each month. From well-established franchises like Supremacy, BIG, and Jawaker to niche games, we span multiple genres, including strategy, simulation, RPG, action, and casual and mash-up games. We believe gaming can be a force for good, and we want to create a gaming universe that is digital, affordable, equal, and sustainable. To achieve this, we focus on developing games that are all about having a rewarding hobby, a great social experience, or a strategic challenge. Stillfront was founded in 2010, and since then, we’ve grown rapidly. Our professionals thrive in an organization that embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship, and we’re proud to connect and empower game teams around the world. Our HQ is in Stockholm, Sweden, but our game development is done by teams and studios all over the world. Our main markets are the US, Japan, MENA, Germany, and the UK. We’re proud that our company shares are listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap. YOUR MISSION This is a strategic leadership role that puts you in charge of the rewards philosophy for a complex, decentralized, and international group: designing the frameworks, owning the programs, and advising Group Executive Management (GEM) and the HR Business Partner community. Payroll and equity execution sits with outsourced partners. Your job is to set the direction, own the quality, and keep our people decisions grounded in data and market insight. You will build and own the rewards and workforce planning function for Stillfront. In practice, that means: Job architecture: Design and implement a job framework for the whole group: levels, families, career paths. What you build becomes the backbone of how we hire, pay, develop, and promote across our organization. Salary benchmarking: Establish a benchmarking capability. Select the right data sources and tools, run regular benchmarking cycles, and give the business clear, evidence based guidance on where we are competitive and where we are not. Incentive programs: Own the design, communication, and execution of our group incentive programs: GIP, ESPP, and LTIP. These programs are live and growing, and they need a strategic owner who understands both the mechanics and the employee experience. Equity and payroll: Own the vendor relationships for equity administration and payroll outsourcing. You will not run these yourself, but you are accountable for what comes out of them: Quality, accuracy, and employee trust are the measures. EU Pay Transparency Directive: Lead the group's compliance plan. With nearly 500 people in Germany and significant headcount across other EU jurisdictions, this is an immediate priority with real legal and reputational stakes. You will need to understand the Directive in depth and turn it into action across the group. Workforce planning: Partner with the HRBP team and with Finance to build a workforce planning capability, linking headcount needs to business strategy and giving leadership integrated answers about the total cost and composition of the workforce. Strategic advisory: Be a trusted advisor to GEM and to the HRBPs on all rewards, compensation, and workforce matters. We will expect you to have a view, to challenge where it matters, and to translate complexity into clear recommendations. YOUR BACKSTORY Deep experience in compensation and rewards, ideally in an international setting or across multiple entities. You are not a generalist who has touched rewards. Rewards is what you do. A builder's track record. Job architectures, benchmarking frameworks, incentive program designs: you have created these, not just inherited and maintained them. That mindset is essential here. Strong analytical capability. You are comfortable with data, confident in your conclusions, and able to present complex findings clearly to people who are not specialists. Familiarity with equity and long term incentive programs: how they work, what employees care about, and how to communicate them well. Knowledge of, or genuine curiosity about, EU employment and pay legislation. The Pay Transparency Directive is the most pressing example, and it will not be the last. The confidence to operate at senior levels and the humility to know when to listen. You will work directly with GEM members and with a CHRO who will expect you to have a point of view. Fluency in English. Swedish or German is a plus. What this role is not This is not an administration role. The daily processing of payroll and equity sits with external partners. If success for you means running a smooth monthly payroll cycle, this is not the right fit. It is also not a role for someone who needs an established function to step into. There is real scope to shape how rewards works at Stillfront. The right person will see that as the opportunity, not the obstacle. Why this role, why now Stillfront is at a genuine inflection point in how it manages its people. The leadership framework, the talent review process, and now the rewards function are being built as one system, not as isolated HR initiatives. Whoever takes this role will have real impact on a global organization, direct access to senior leadership, and the chance to build something that matters from the ground up. Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.

We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE When a company raises $550M, triples its valuation in under six months, and opens offices across four continents inside a year, the finance function doesn't get to move slowly. Legora's CFO oversees a global team operating across the US, Europe, and APAC, holding the company to a high standard across every market it enters. This role partners directly with the CFO and the G&A leadership team, owning the people agenda for a function that underpins everything Legora is building. The CFO leads with precision and high standards, and the people around them do too. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CFO and leadership team across the entire G&A organisation, helping shape the functions as they scales while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the finance function globally, partnering with the CFO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach leaders through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Support leaders across the finance function as they navigate a period of significant growth, operating at a scale and pace many haven't encountered before * Own complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics in partnership with regional People Partners across EMEA and APAC * Act as the primary connection between the finance function and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech, ensuring global frameworks translate into real impact on the ground WHAT YOU BRING You understand that people decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with. We're looking for: * A background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role, with meaningful time in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment * A track record as a trusted advisor to senior finance or operational leadership, shaping decisions rather than supporting them. You're credible in rooms where the conversation is about numbers, structure, and accountability * Deep experience across the full people agenda: org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change at pace * Comfortable building from scratch with a strong bias toward action. You create structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions * Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident holding your ground with senior stakeholders when the bar slips * Solid working knowledge of New York employment law. Multi-jurisdictional experience across the US and EMEA is a practical advantage * Motivated by building high-performance cultures. You understand that hiring bar, performance, and accountability are business priorities, not HR ones WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
