The role On behalf of our client Boliden, we are looking for an experienced Responsible Value Chain Manager for a one-year assignment. Strategically important and plays a central role in ensuring continuity, quality and regulatory compliance in Boliden’s work with due diligence and responsible business conduct in the global metals and minerals value chain. This role requires hands‑on development expertise and a strong understanding of Helix platform capabilities to deliver high‑quality, maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions across BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Suite. Build workflows, rules, expressions, and data models using Innovation Studio. Implement service catalogs, request experiences, and UI components in Digital Workplace. Develop case management processes and automation using BWF. Build and maintain API‑based integrations with enterprise systems. Implement orchestration workflows using TrueSight Orchestrator or similar automation tools. Support CMDB updates, service modeling, and data quality improvements. Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions follow design standards and governance principles. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Produce technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations. Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience developing on BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy. Strong knowledge of BMC Helix Digital Workplace (catalogs, service design, UI configuration). Experience with BMC Helix Business Workflows (case types, tasks, rules, automation). Proficiency with Helix Innovation Suite (workflows, data models, expressions, UI components). Experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, integration gateways). Experience with orchestration tools such as TrueSight Orchestrator. Understanding of CMDB structures, relationships, and service modeling. Ability to analyze requirements and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Fluent in English. Preferred Experience Experience working in enterprise or multinational environments. Knowledge of ITIL processes and modern ITSM practices. Som ERP System Responsible ansvarar du för att säkerställa en stabil, effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad förvaltning av ERP-systemet och dess kringliggande system. Du driver och samordnar förvaltningsaktiviteter i nära samarbete med verksamheten och externa partners samt säkerställer att systemen utvecklas i linje med verksamhetens behov och uppfyller regulatoriska krav. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Ansvara för ERP-systemförvaltning, inklusive uppföljning av incidenter, ändringar, avvikelser och Change Requests. Säkerställa livscykelhantering, KPI-uppföljning och att ERP-systemet är validerat enligt GxP. Hantera licenser, avtal och leverantörskontakter kopplade till ERP och kringliggande system. Planera och koordinera underhåll, systemförändringar, tester och releaser. Samordna intern systemsupport samt styra och följa upp externa IT-leverantörer. Ansvara för systemdokumentation och SOP samt bidra i förbättrings- och utvecklingsinitiativ. Leda eller delta i ERP-relaterade projekt, inklusive kravställning, testning och validering inför Go-Live. Bidra med kompetens inom GxP, Master Data och systemarkitektur samt delta i förvaltning av integrerade system såsom LIMS och Canea One. Tjänsten som ERP System Responsible är en direktrekrytering till Rechon Life Science med start enligt överenskommelse. Om dig Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att förvalta ERP-lösningar och en god förståelse för ERP-systemens livscykelhantering (ERP Life Cycle Management). Du har arbetat strukturerat med förändringshantering (Change Control) och är van att driva och följa upp förändringar enligt etablerade processer och kvalitetskrav. Vidare har du erfarenhet av att arbeta i en mogen och strukturerad miljö, där kvalitet, dokumentation och efterlevnad av processer är en naturlig del av det dagliga arbetet. Viktigt för tjänsten Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ERP-system, gärna Jeeves Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT, systemvetenskap eller annat relevant område, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift. Meriterande Erfarenhet från läkemedelsindustrin. Som person är du kommunikativ, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att skapa tydlighet, bygga goda samarbeten och driva arbetet framåt på ett strukturerat sätt.
